Are you a strategic marketer with a passion for driving impactful campaigns? CV Screen is recruiting for a talented Digital Marketing Manager to join a leading international charity based in Cambridge. Duties & Responsibilities
1. Lead the delivery of integrated direct and digital marketing campaigns to engage supporters, churches, and mid-value donors.
2. Manage acquisition activities across digital and traditional channels, including social media, print, email, and telemarketing.
3. Oversee legacy and in-memoriam giving campaigns.
4. Develop and manage relationships with external agencies and digital partners.
5. Line manage and inspire two Marketing Officers, supporting their growth and development.
What Experience is Required
6. Proven track record in a senior marketing or digital fundraising role, ideally within the charity sector.
7. Strong experience in delivering successful multichannel campaigns and managing digital advertising (Google Ads, Meta, etc.).
8. Experience leading a team and working with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce).
Salary & Benefits
9. Salary: Up to £45,000 depending on experience

Location
Based in Cambridge (CB5), easily commutable from:
