Boxcar Hyde Park / Bread & Wine is thriving, and we’re looking for a full-time barista to join our growing team. We’re searching for someone who brings great energy, a genuine smile, and a warm welcome for every guest. If you love great coffee, beautiful pastries, and creating a lively, friendly atmosphere as much as we do, we’d love to hear from you.
As a Barista You Will:
* Provide friendly and efficient service to our guests
* Work collaboratively with your team to ensure smooth operations and deliver outstanding experiences
* Learn and master all aspects of our menu
* Be confident in executing orders in a fast and efficient manner
* Embrace the spirit of teamwork, supporting your colleagues and contributing to a positive work environment

* Bespoke, small-batch coffee from Reads Coffee Roasters, rotating regularly for variety.

What We’re Looking For in a Barista:
* A great attitude
* A passion for coffee and service
* Skilled with latte art skills (heart, Rosetta, tulip)
* Ability to adjust grinder and dial in to set recipe
* Confident working a til system and recommending items to guests
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Focus on delivering exceptional guest service
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently
* Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. it's really important that you have weekend availability as that's a buzzing time for us.
