We are looking for a dynamic and inspirational Business Manager to lead, coach, and develop our team of Fragrance Specialists to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets. You will be responsible for creating and executing an agile business plan to recruit and retain customers through strategic targeting, exceptional customer relationship management, and leading a high-performing team.
Providing a luxury experience is our daily goal. As a Business Manager, your role will be to elevate your team in creating a memorable in-store experience. You will also oversee the smooth running of the store and ensure your team aligns with the counter and Brand vision. The role also involves coaching and inspiring your team, ensuring their development and exceeding KPIs, as well as your own.

You will coach and inspire your team, support their development, and help them surpass their KPIs.
Additional Compensation and Benefits:

* Proven retail management/assistant management experience, preferably in beauty or a fast-paced retail environment
* Experience in setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis, and staff scheduling
* Experience in retail operations including inventory, facilities management, and cash reconciliation
* Proven leadership, coaching, and team development skills
* Experience in creating and executing in-store events
