Senior / Lead Data Scientist

We’re looking for a Senior / Lead Data Scientist to join a fast-growing, AI-driven product company. This is a hands‑on role with real ownership, working closely with engineering and product to build and deploy machine learning models that directly impact the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Own the end-to-end data science lifecycle (from problem definition to monitoring)
* Build, deploy, and maintain machine learning models in production, including Computer Vision applications
* Collaborate with Product and Engineering on data-driven solutions
* Lead experimentation, optimisation, and model evaluation
* Contribute to technical direction and best practices
* Mentor Junior Data Scientists
Key Skills & Experience
* Strong commercial experience as a Data Scientist
* Advanced Python skills
* Experience working with Azure
* Solid grounding in machine learning, statistics, and data modelling
* Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Experience with Computer Vision projects
