Location: Mobile – Local Office The Shard
Overview:
We are seeking a Lead Engineer – BMS to join our team. This mobile role involves 4 days on-site providing BMS services and 1 day handling administrative tasks. You'll lead a team, offer technical guidance, manage client escalations, and balance hands-on work with operational management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform BMS installations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.
2. Provide technical support and lead your team.
3. Handle administrative tasks (timesheets, performance reviews).
4. Foster strong client relationships and manage escalations.
Qualifications:
5. 3-5 years of experience in BMS, HVAC, and electrical systems.
6. Leadership potential with prior management experience.
7. Proficiency with BMS technologies (Trend, Honeywell, Siemens).
8. Relevant engineering qualifications and HVAC/electrical experience.
