Job summary Full Time 37 hours per week We are seeking a Senior Clinical Psychologist to join Bridges, Devon's edge of care service. We are a multidisciplinary team working with families to prevent relationship breakdown leading to children moving to local authority care, and to support relational repair to support children to return to the care of their families. Main duties of the job We follow a systemic multi-modal practice framework working with families to identify goal setting whilst taking responsibility for building trust and safety through restorative and trauma informed interventions. Each team is led by a Team Manager and includes an Adolescent Worker and Family Worker supported by practitioners with specialist expertise in Clinical Psychology, Speech & Language Therapy and Education & Inclusion. The role will provide clinical leadership to the Bridges service and clinical supervision to the locality Band 8a Clinical Psychologists. As a Senior leader in childrens services you will inform wider therapeutic services development and bring psychologically informed thinking to complex family situations across services.
