Sales Administrator
Location: Letchworth (Office-Based)
Salary: £26,000 – £28,000
Job Type: Permanent, Full Time (Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:15pm)
Start Date: Ideally 21st July

Sales Administrator – Details:
22 days holiday (increasing to 25) plus bank holidays
Office-based role with free on-site parking

Sales Administrator – Responsibilities:
Processing customer orders using internal systems
Inputting forecast data from key accounts
Preparing paperwork for completed orders
Arranging transport and liaising with couriers
Providing updates and support to customers via phone and email
Communicating with internal teams to monitor and update on order status
Sales Administrator – What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in sales administration or order processing
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Clear and confident communication, both written and verbal
Comfortable with data entry and working with internal systems
A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn
Comfortable working in a structured and process-led environment
