Our job management system requires customization to meet the unique processes and workflows of each customer. We are seeking a dedicated Onboarding Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role involves consulting with customers and colleagues, making suggestions, and providing clear and accurate updates on customer onboarding progress. In this position, you will update records across multiple applications and organise and plan customer requirements for account setup and paperwork. Your role will be pivotal in helping Fieldmotion achieve its mission of delivering cutting-edge field service management solutions. As a key member of the onboarding team, you will collaborate with multiple departments and sub-departments to ensure a smooth experience for our onboarding customers. You will also work directly with onboarding customers in completing welcome calls to highlight the onboarding pathway and timeline. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: - Recording all contact and communication information on resources provided - Updating records and actions on customer projects using Fieldmotion and other application resources - Serving as the primary point of contact for customers - Scheduling meetings/calls with customers for departments/sub-departments - Completing administrative tasks Criteria: - 1 years experience in an administrative or customer service role - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Packages (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) - Proficiency in emailing and modern communication tools - A-Level education with GCSE Maths and English at A-C or equivalent - 1 years experience working as part of an office-based team Benefits: - Company pension scheme - 30 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays) - On-site parking
