Role Overview
As a Chef at The Salt Pig, you will:
Prepare and cook inspired breakfast, lunch and dinner dishes using fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
Work with butcher‑cut meats, daily fish deliveries and seasonal produce.
Support kitchen operations — from prep to plate — helping maintain quality, consistency and presentation.
Collaborate with a passionate team who value craft, creativity and sustainable food.
Who You Are
Experience in a busy kitchen (line, grill, fire cooking or similar preferred)
Passion for locally sourced produce and food quality
Positive attitude, team‑oriented and reliable
Food safety and hygiene knowledge
