Assembly / Fabrication Technician – PM Shift
Rate:
1. Ltd Co: £28.00 per hour
2. PAYE: £21.08 + £2.54 holiday pay = £23.62ph
Hours:
3. PM Shift: Monday to Wednesday 1:30pm – 11:30pm, Thursday 1:30pm – 11:00pm

5. 1-month rolling contract (expected to run until December 2025)
Role:
Our client in Aylesbury is looking for experienced Assembly / Fabrication Technicians to join their busy workshop team. The work involves fabrication, brazing, and assembly of heat exchangers and related components.
Duties include:
6. Assembly and fabrication of heat exchangers and sub-assemblies
7. Brazing and fitting of copper, brass, and stainless components
8. Working from engineering drawings and schematics
9. Use of hand and power tools for precision assembly
10. Performing quality checks and ensuring all work meets specifications
11. Supporting general workshop and production activities as required
Requirements:
12. Proven experience in fabrication and mechanical assembly, ideally with heat exchangers or similar products
13. Experience in brazing (copper/brass/steel)
14. Ability to interpret technical drawings
15. Reliable, punctual, and able to work to production targets
16. Successful candidates will need to attend a site induction and Health and Safety briefing prior to start date
