Sales Administrator
📍 Stockley Park, Uxbridge | 💼 Office-Based
💰 £24,000 – £29,000 (depending on experience)
🕒 37.5 hours per week | 🌴 28 days holiday + bank holidays
Are you an organised and proactive administrator with great attention to detail? We’re looking for a Sales Administrator to join a collaborative and supportive team based in Stockley Park, Uxbridge. You’ll be working closely with major retail clients including John Lewis, Costco, and Selfridges, handling everything from order processing to after-sales support.
This is a varied role with a steep learning curve, but full training will be provided – perfect for someone who enjoys problem-solving and wants to be part of a fast-paced environment.
What you’ll be doing:
Order Management:
* Accurately entering UK and international wholesale orders into the SAP system
* Sending order confirmations and ETAs, including managing out-of-stock updates
* Verifying pricing details
Financial Documentation:
* Creating and sending pro-forma invoices
