The Role:
We are urgently seeking a Children’s Care Assistant in Ashford for regular Monday and Friday shifts (09:00 – 15:00).
As a care assistant, you will have the opportunity to work long-term with one or a small number of clients in the local area.
Training:
All our team members receive a fully paid, comprehensive 5-day classroom-based training program with practical workshops before being introduced to our clients. This training covers all aspects of the Care Certificate and skills needed to support complex clients, such as tracheostomy management and gastrostomy. Additionally, individual, client-focused training continues following the initial classroom induction.
Preferred experience includes:
* Tracheostomy and ventilator management
* Nebuliser, observations, and saturations experience

Requirements:
* Tracheostomy and ventilation experience
* At least 1 year of employed care experience within the UK
* Full UK driving license with own car
* Right to work in the UK
* Blue light card (we’ll pay for it)
