We’re a warm, family-owned Residential Dementia Care Home in Guildford – and we’re searching for experienced Senior Care Assistants / Night Team Leaders who are ready to lead with compassion, confidence, and care.
What Night Team Leaders be doing:
Leading and supervising our night care team
Dispensing medication & updating care plans
Ensuring residents receive outstanding care and support
Communicating clearly with staff, residents, and families
What we’re seeking in Night Team Leader:
✔ NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care
✔ Previous Care Home / Nursing Home experience
✔ Strong leadership and communication skills
✔ A caring, kind, and compassionate nature
