Location: Aylesbury
Shift: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
Job Description
We are seeking a motivated B2C & Kitting Operative to join our warehouse team in Aylesbury. This role involves preparing customer orders, assembling kits, and ensuring products are packed accurately for direct-to-consumer distribution.
Key Responsibilities
* Assemble and prepare product kits to specification
* Pick and pack B2C customer orders
* Label and prepare parcels for shipment
* Carry out quality checks on completed orders
* Maintain stock accuracy and workspace organisation
* Work towards daily productivity targets
* Follow company health and safety procedures
Requirements
* Previous warehouse, packing, or kitting experience desirable
* Strong attention to detail
* Good time management skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn
