Health Policy & Management — AI Content Specialist

About The Role

Your public health expertise is needed where it matters most: ensuring AI gets health right. At Alignerr, we partner with the world's leading AI research labs to train and refine cutting‑edge language models — and we need credentialed public health professionals to help shape how AI understands population health, epidemiology, and health policy. This is a fully remote, flexible contract role where your domain knowledge directly improves the quality and safety of AI health content at scale.

* Organization: Alignerr
* Type: Hourly Contract
* Location: Remote
* Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

What You'll Do

* Design Complex Public Health Scenarios — Build advanced challenge problems involving disease outbreak simulations, health equity assessments, and biostatistical interpretation to rigorously test AI reasoning
* Author Ground‑Truth Solutions — Write detailed, evidence‑based responses that synthesize peer‑reviewed research, epidemiological data, and authoritative guidelines (CDC, WHO, and others)
* Audit AI Outputs — Evaluate AI‑generated health advice and policy recommendations for accuracy, bias, logical consistency, and adherence to ethical standards
* Refine AI Reasoning — Provide structured feedback to help models distinguish correlation from causation, communicate health risks clearly, and serve diverse populations equitably

Who You Are

* Holds a Master of Public Health (MPH), Master of Science in Public Health (MSPH), or a closely related graduate degree
* Strong foundational knowledge in at least two of: Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Environmental Health, or Health Policy
* Skilled at translating complex health data into clear, actionable, and culturally sensitive written communication
* Detail‑oriented — precise with statistical significance, citations, and the logic of health interventions
* No prior AI experience required — we'll get you up to speed

Nice to Have

* Experience with data annotation, quality evaluation, or research coordination
* Proficiency in data analysis tools such as R, SAS, or Stata
* Background in health communication, clinical research, or public health surveillance

Why Join Us

* Work on some of the most advanced AI models in the world
* Fully remote and flexible — you set your schedule
* Freelance advantages: high autonomy, global reach, and meaningful work
* Contribute to AI that could improve health outcomes for millions of people
* Potential for ongoing contract renewals as new projects launch
