About Us
Lincoln Inclusive Tutoring is a Lincolnshire-based Alternative Provision, providing one-to-one and small group education for pupils who are currently unable to access school. We work with local authorities, schools, and families to ensure every pupil receives a personalised education that meets their individual needs.
We're now looking for a proactive, organised, and passionate individual to join our growing team and support the daily running of our service.
Key responsibilities will include:
* General administration duties including responding to emails, booking meetings, and managing calendars
* Communicating with parents, schools, and local authorities
* Monitoring tutor weekly and termly reports, following up on any missing submissions
* Supporting new tutor inductions and onboarding
* Assisting with recruitment administration and training coordination
* Supporting social media management and email marketing campaigns
* Assisting in maintaining accurate records and compliance documentation
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
* Highly organised and proactive with excellent time management skills
* A strong communicator with confidence speaking to schools and families
* Driven, reliable, and passionate about making a difference to young people's education
* Confident using technology (Microsoft Office, email platforms, and spreadsheets)
* Creative and keen to contribute ideas for social media and marketing
* A team player with a positive attitude
Experience in education, or a similar setting would be advantageous but not essential - the right attitude, willingness to learn, and drive to make a difference are what matter most.
