Responsibilities:
* Be the first point of contact, greeting visitors with warmth and respect.
* Support our alcohol team in delivering harm reduction interventions around alcohol use
* Provide non-judgmental advice on safer alcohol use, including reduction and drink down plans
* Complete Breathalyzer testing and recording results
* Completing BBV testing
* Provide information to our service users of mutual aid support groups i.e. AA, SMART recovery groups
* Supporting our service users in attending nurse alcohol assessments and healthcare reviews
* Supporting the alcohol team in case management, recording notes on our case management system
* Supporting our service users in meeting their support plans, working towards their future goals and aspirations
