We are looking for a brilliant Business Analyst who is ready to join us and to grow as part of a well-established, successful and dynamic team.
You’ll be a key member of our Enterprise Applications, Data & Project Delivery team, liaising with our stakeholders, trusted suppliers and friendly team to understand and contribute to the design and delivery of university-wide solutions that will have a direct, positive impact on the learning experiences of our students and staff.
With the increasing emphasis on data-driven decision-making, reporting, and the integration of AI capabilities, there is a rising volume of requests related to how we can leverage data effectively — particularly in support of new systems such as TimeEdit, ServiceNow, and others.
As part of this you will be leading on researching, reviewing, and analysing the effectiveness and efficiency of existing Brookes development languages, platforms, processes and tools as well as overseeing efficient, cost effective, maintainable software developments.

Your tenacity ensures you see tasks through to completion, and your curiosity drives you to continually seek the best for yourself and your colleagues.

You will have excellent communication skills as well as an ability to clearly express and document your thoughts for a range of audiences.
Understanding and navigating the complexities of a large organisation between diverse teams to understand, contribute to the design and delivery of excellent enterprise solutions will already be part of your day-to-day work.
You have experience of business analysis and requirements gathering from expert and non-technical users at all levels.
