Sales Administrator – Aylesbury – Main Dealership – £27,000
Holt Recruitment are currently assisting a respected car dealership in their search for an experienced Sales Administrator to join their team in Aylesbury.
1. Hours (1 hr lunch) – Mon-Fri
2. No Saturdays
3. Pinnacle DMS experience preferable
Key Responsibilities as a Sales Administrator:
4. Complete all administrative tasks required to complete a vehicle sale, from locating the vehicle through to ordering number plates and taxing vehicles ready for delivery/collection
5. Complete, check and maintain various reports, both written and computerised, using the dealer management system (DMS)
6. Verifying codes on sales orders you will need to be a conscientious individual with an eye for detail and a can-do attitude
7. As Sales Administrator you will need too perform other tasks as reasonably requested by the Sales Manager

8. Able to demonstrate experience in vehicle sales administration
9. Excellent communication skills and good attention to detail
10. Positive team player with the ability to liaise between departments
