* Shape large, complex commercial opportunities by analysing client financials, prioritising key terms and determining pricing that delivers customer value and strong internal business cases.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to co‑create win strategies, value propositions and relationship plans, supported by competitive and market insights.
* Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across VOIS, and with key decision‑makers at existing and new client organisations.
* Support customer teams in identifying and originating new business opportunities to ensure a healthy sales pipeline aligned to growth objectives.
* Author compelling responses to strategic RFPs and lead the planning and delivery of customer presentations and pitches.
* Manage allocated sales pipeline and CRM records with accuracy and discipline.
* Contribute to the enhancement of VOIS sales processes, ways of working and governance models to support scalable business growth.
Who you are
* Experienced in leading customer‑facing engagements, with a strong understanding of sales methodologies and complex sales cycles.
* Skilled in leading virtual matrix teams and delivering results across onshore and offshore environments.
* Confident in making balanced, informed decisions while managing conflicting priorities and diverse viewpoints.
* Demonstrated experience negotiating with senior stakeholders, including C‑suite leaders.
* Adept at identifying, assessing and mitigating risks throughout commercial and bid processes.
* Over 10 years’ experience in global organisations in commercial, sales or operational roles, leading complex, multinational projects.
* Data‑driven, with strong analytical capabilities and business insight.
* Knowledgeable about the competitive landscape within telecommunications and associated sectors, acting as a credible advisor to senior clients.
* Deep understanding of Vodafone’s operational complexity and how this influences customer proposals.
What skills you will learn
* Advanced commercial strategy, deal shaping and complex bid management.
* Enhanced negotiation skills with exposure to C‑suite customer interactions.
* Strategic stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration in a matrix environment.
* Deep understanding of global telecommunications operations and shared services models.
* Data‑driven decision‑making and financial modelling within large‑scale opportunities.
What's in it for you
* Opportunity to influence high‑value, complex commercial initiatives that shape the future of VOIS and Vodafone markets.
* Exposure to senior‑level stakeholders across multiple geographies and business units.
* Ability to contribute to transformation programmes that drive both customer value and organisational growth.
* Opportunity to develop leadership capabilities through indirect management and collaboration across global teams.
