We’re looking for confident, guest-focused professionals to join our Guest Experience team as Guest Relations Supervisors for the 2025 season at our Macclesfield site.
The Role
As a Guest Relations Supervisor, you'll lead a team of Hosts and be responsible for delivering a seamless, warm and professional welcome to every family who enters the experience. You’ll be assigned to either our Check-In area or our main Guest Experience zones, depending on your strengths.
Whether you’re managing arrivals, queue flow, or guest requests, you’ll ensure operational smoothness while keeping the magic alive.
