Job Description We are hiring an IT Specialist/Administrator who will serve as the primary technology support resource for a Nebraska-based organization. This person will manage day-to-day IT operations across multiple field locations, including hardware, networking, POS systems, ERP platforms, user support, and troubleshooting. The role is highly hands-on and field-based, requiring someone comfortable working independently, traveling between sites, and resolving technical issues from start to finish. Top 4 Skills IT infrastructure and systems support Network and Wi-Fi troubleshooting ERP/POS administration (Epicor, Eagle, or similar) Multi-site desktop and hardware support Responsibilities Support desktops, laptops, printers, POS systems, and store technology across multiple Nebraska locations Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and connectivity issues Administer and support Eagle, Epicor, and related business systems Manage Wi-Fi infrastructure, security systems, and user access Travel between Nebraska locations to provide onsite technical support Act as the sole internal IT resource for the organization Partner with leadership to identify operational technology needs Own technical issues through full resolution and follow-up Qualifications 3-5 years minimum experience in IT administration, desktop support, or systems support Strong troubleshooting experience across hardware, software, and networking Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Comfortable supporting multiple remote or branch locations Strong communication and customer support skills Nice to Have Experience with Epicor, Eagle, or other ERP systems
