We're looking for a Senior Marketing & Sales Manager who can drive growth, build strong client relationships, and amplify our brand presence in the competitive creative industries market.
Role Overview
The Senior Marketing & Sales Manager will lead business development, client acquisition, and marketing strategy for our VFX studio. This role combines strategic marketing leadership with hands-on sales execution — perfect for someone who understands both the artistry of VFX and the commercial side of the industry.
You'll develop strategies to grow our client base, manage social media and digital presence, build partnerships, and pitch VFX services to production companies, agencies, and brands.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
* Drive new business opportunities by identifying and securing clients in film, TV, advertising, and digital media.
* Develop and maintain strong client relationships, from initial outreach to contract negotiation and repeat business.
* Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and pitches tailored to client needs.
* Collaborate with studio leadership to align sales goals with production capacity and strategy.
Marketing & Brand Management
* Design and execute the studio's marketing strategy to raise visibility and attract high-value projects.
* Manage social media channels, content creation, and community engagement to showcase work and build brand authority.
* Oversee case studies, showreels, newsletters, and promotional campaigns.
* Build relationships with press, festivals, and industry bodies to maximize PR opportunities.
Strategy & Leadership
* Develop go-to-market strategies for new services (AI tools, virtual production, immersive media).
* Analyse market trends and competitor activities to position Do It Creative Ltd competitively.
* Track KPIs for marketing and sales activities, reporting to senior leadership.
About You
Essential Skills & Experience
* Proven track record in sales, marketing, and business development, ideally within the VFX, creative agency, or media/entertainment sector.
* Strong network of industry contacts across film, TV, advertising, and digital content.
* Experience leading social media strategies (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and content creation.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* Ability to balance creative understanding with commercial decision-making.
Desirable
* Knowledge of VFX production pipelines and creative processes.
* Experience in digital marketing tools (HubSpot, Google Analytics, SEO, paid campaigns).
* Prior leadership or mentoring experience in a marketing/sales team.
