Senior Occupational Health Advisor
RPS Occupational Health has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Occupational Health Advisor to support the delivery of high-quality services including case management, health surveillance, health screening, and health promotion. You will lead an onsite team of Occupational Health Advisors.
This is a full-time, permanent position based in Hull, with occasional travel to Derby and Nottingham.

Responsibilities
* Lead and manage a regional clinical team, overseeing clinical operations and motivating staff.
* Manage casework, assessments, and health surveillance programs.
* Monitor staff performance and utilization to meet financial and operational targets.
* Manage client accounts and provide clinical and operational advice.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to promote services and identify business opportunities.
Candidate Requirements
* Registered General Nurse with a post-registration qualification in Occupational Health (Certificate, Diploma, or Degree).
* Experience delivering Occupational Health services across various sectors.
* Commitment to professional development and maintaining NMC registration.
* Leadership and people management skills.
* Experience working with stakeholders and communicating effectively.
* Ability to work independently as a Senior Occupational Health Advisor.
* Effective communication and relationship-building skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office.
* Valid UK driving license.
