We are excited to be recruiting a Banking Solicitor (4 PQE) to join their growing team in Leeds. You'll work directly alongside experienced Partners and play a key role in a broad range of high-quality finance matters. Key Responsibilities: Manage a varied caseload of banking and finance matters, ensuring all work meets the firm's quality and procedural standards. Advise clients and provide regular updates on progress, costs, and key milestones. Draft and negotiate a wide range of finance documentation to meet client deadlines. Achieve and maintain personal billing and time recording targets. Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of service and client care. Assist in supervising and supporting junior team members. Take an active role in business development and marketing initiatives for the team and the wider firm. Ensure compliance with SRA, Law Society regulations, and ongoing professional development requirements. About You: Ideally 4 years' PQE in a Banking & Finance team at a medium, national, or international firm. Experience working on a broad range of finance transactions such as corporate and leveraged finance, asset-based lending, and real estate/development finance. A commercial, client-focused approach with excellent drafting and communication skills. Interest or experience in corporate or restructuring matters would be advantageous. A team player who is also confident managing work autonomously. Ambitious, proactive, and motivated to contribute to both team success and business growth.
