An established and fast-growing womenswear and cosmetics retailer is looking for a confident and motivated store manager to support the leadership of one of its high-performing stores. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and enjoys leading by example. This is looking after a small store so will be ideal for an ASM or department manager ready to step up into their first store manager role. You’ll play a key role in driving commercial performance, developing the team, and delivering a consistently engaging customer experience.
