Robert Half Talent Solutions are seeking a permanent Group Finance Business Partner for a growing FMCG near Bridgend
Job Purpose: The Group Finance Business Partner will act as a key business partner to operations, sales, and commercial teams, providing insightful financial analysis, forecasts, and reporting to support profitable growth and operational efficiency.
Duties:
* Act as a trusted finance partner to key stakeholders in the business across such as; Sales, Commercial, and Operations functions
* Producing sales and analysis reports, from scratch, using Excel
* Meet with Sales, Commercial and Operation functions to talk through business meaning of financial information
* Analysis of a wide range of internal data from various key systems in order to produce timely and accurate financial insights for decision-making and for identifying risks and opportunities
* Support sales finance and business teams with adhoc analysis or reports.
* Assisting with month end and audit when required
* Supporting costing and forecasting. Producing reports on various business scenarios
* Liaise with various internal and external stakeholders
* Analysis of project and product profitability
* Assist with budgets
Qualifications:
ACCA, CIMA or ACA part or qualified preferred
On offer: Salary of to £60,000 plus benefits and hybrid working - two days on site, three days home working
