DCS Group is a leading distributor, manufacturer and exporter of health, beauty, and household products in the UK, with key portfolios including Procter & Gamble, Unilever, Johnson & Johnson, and our own‑label ranges Enliven and Afina.
Responsibilities
* Negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and profit levels.
* Apply category‑management techniques to offer customers tailored product ranges and promotions.
* Grow business with existing suppliers and identify new opportunities aligned to profit targets.
* Recover costs associated with residuals, overstocks, and out‑of‑date stock.
* Represent DCS Group at meetings, events, and seminars to build strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
Qualifications
* Ability to prioritise and make effective commercial decisions in time‑sensitive situations.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, with confidence engaging stakeholders at all levels.
* Good commercial awareness with the ability to negotiate and influence outcomes.
* Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
* A team‑focused, self‑motivated individual who is adaptable to change.
