We are seeking a dynamic and results driven Regional Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team on a 12 month maternity cover contract. This role is ideal for a proactive, commercially minded professional who thrives on building local partnerships, generating new business, and delivering innovative marketing initiatives that drive revenue and guest loyalty. The role is covering Piccolino Caffe Grande Manchester and Piccolino Grande Wilmslow. You will play a key role in increasing brand visibility, maximising covers, and ensuring each restaurant achieves its financial targets through strategic local marketing and hands on sales activity. Drive Club IR loyalty sign-ups to grow a strong local database and encourage repeat visits. Build partnerships with local businesses and community stakeholders. Support social media activity and community engagement initiatives. Create and manage a local marketing and events calendar aligned with regional opportunities. Proactive Sales & Revenue Generation Generate new business that directly contributes to revenue growth. Convert new guests unfamiliar with our venues into loyal customers. Re-engage dormant guests through consistent outreach. Identify upselling opportunities to maximise transaction value. Secure referrals that lead to confirmed bookings. Plan and deliver ticketed events that drive incremental revenue. Operational Excellence Work closely with operational teams to ensure seamless event delivery. Deliver experiential, brand-aligned events that elevate guest experience and satisfaction.
