Were looking for a Senior Digital Construction Manager to join our Kier Strategic Projects Division.
This role within our digital construction function focuses on enabling the use of appropriate tools and technologies to support project delivery from inception to in use.
Location: London/the Midlands. Some travel will be required to visit projects.
Contract: Full time, Permanent
**This role can be based anywhere in the country and will come with remote working mixed with visits to sites and office across the South and Midlands.
What will you be responsible for?
As a Senior Digital Construction Manager within our Strategic Projects Business your role will involve:
• Monitoring IM Gateway form completion, assessing design team capability, and manage resource considerations across tenders.
• Ensure EIRs, AIRs, and CDE compliance (ISOwhile auditing teams for digital standards adherence.
• Share best practices with the Head of Digital Construction, promote digital strategies, and support PLM improvements.
• Overseeing software utilisation and digital maturity across the region, raising awareness of digital adoption to drive a digital-first culture across functional departments.
The role of Senior Digital Construction Manager will suit you, if you can demonstrate
* Experience is data delivery within the Construction industry
* Strong communication skills and ability to handle multiple projects at different stages
* Exposure to key softwares within Digital and a sound understanding of the ISOseries of documents
* Any people management experience would be advantageous
