Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Hotel Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel, providing exceptional guest services, and supporting the Hotel Manager in various administrative and leadership tasks. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality, demonstrate excellent leadership skills, and be committed to delivering a memorable experience for all guests.
Responsibilities
* Assist the Hotel Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
* Supervise front desk operations, including check-in/check-out processes, reservations, and guest inquiries.
* Lead and motivate hotel staff, fostering a positive work environment while ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
* Handle guest complaints and feedback with professionalism, aiming for swift resolutions to enhance guest experiences.
* Collaborate with various departments such as housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Assist in training new staff members on hotel policies, procedures, and customer service excellence.
* Manage inventory levels for supplies and amenities while maintaining budgetary guidelines.
* Participate in human resources activities including recruitment, performance evaluations, and staff development initiatives.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hotel or hospitality industry is essential.
* Strong background in guest services with a proven track record of enhancing customer satisfaction.
* Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable to cater to our diverse clientele.
* Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team effectively.
* Knowledge of human resources practices related to hiring, training, and employee relations is an advantage.
* Excellent communication skills with a focus on interpersonal relationships.
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay: £32,000.00-£36,496.19 per year
