What You Will Do
* Lead and manage a diverse portfolio of tech‑focused clients, acting as their primary point of contact for accounting and advisory needs.
* Manage and mentor a team of 3‑4 Junior to Semi‑Senior Accountants, ensuring high‑quality output across VAT, payroll, and year‑end accounts.
* Drive client value through strategic advisory services, including financial forecasting and specialized schemes like EIS, SEIS, and EMI.
The Ideal Candidate
* Must be a qualified or qualified‑by‑experience accountant (ACCA/ACA/CIMA preferred) with a strong background in practice or professional services.
* Demonstrates expert‑level proficiency in cloud‑based accounting software, specifically Xero and QuickBooks, to manage multiple client workflows efficiently.
* Possesses a proactive, self‑starter mentality with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and lead a team in a fast‑paced environment.
