This role is ideal for someone with excellent organisational and customer service skills who is looking to progress into a sales career. You'll receive full training and support, with the opportunity to step into a more sales-focused position as you develop.
Role: Sales Support & Development Executive
Location: Abingdon
Hours: 09:00 - 17:30
Key Responsibilities of the Sales Support & Development Executive:
Accurately process sales orders using SAGE 200
Handle customer service enquiries via phone and email, providing excellent support and guidance
Develop a strong understanding of the company's products and services to support both customers and the sales team
Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth communication between departments
Provide administrative support to the sales team, including quotations and order tracking
Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues, contributing to a positive and professional working environment
About you:
Previous experience in administration, customer service, or sales support (experience with SAGE 200 desirable but not essential)
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
A proactive, ambitious mindset with a desire to progress into a sales role
Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
