The Midweight Producer Mission:

As a Midweight Producer within Content & Creative Production Team, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating and elevated content and campaigns shoots, across our 7 brands.

Your primary goal is to lead shoot production from pre to post, for selected projects coming through the internal Creative Agency. Working closely with the Creative Director, Senior Producer, wider creative, design, client services & brand teams, to deliver great work, on time and within budget. All while maintaining a strong focus on creativity, innovation, and efficiency.

You're an expert at producing global stills & motion campaigns, ideally within the branded or sports marketing world. Your experience will include at least 2 years working as a line or agency producer, with a portfolio & network to back it up.

You will be used to working with a variety of budgets, both big & small, shooting around the world. With a deep knowledge and experience of all things legal compliance, insurance, health and safety, business affairs & most importantly, shoot production.

You'll ideally have worked in different types of organisations- (eg creative agency, in-house content agency and production company) and therefore have a variety of production experience and competencies. You'll be able to build production teams or work with production agencies, depending on the brief. Owning, building & sharing of budgets & scopes of work with brand teams for approval.

You'll have a passion for pushing the limits of our budgets with creative solutions. You'll know when and how to delegate/escalate, with client facing experience, especially presenting costs and creating a great client experience on set.

You'll have a deep understanding of all video & stills formats and be on top of new platforms, channels and tech, most importantly the future of AI.

What separates you from the crowd is, you know what great looks like and want to be part of a team that can deliver great content, at speed and at scale with a smile on your face.

Your keen understanding of project management, creative processes, and team collaboration will be instrumental in ensuring the successful execution of various initiatives, building our brilliant brands, and achieving business objectives.

How you'll drive success:

Creative Production Management:

* Manage the end-to-end creative production process, from concept development to final delivery, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and maintaining the highest quality standards.

Budget ownership, tracking & reconciliation:

* Building production budgets from scratch by working with the creative team to scope & present. Tracking & owning the budget up to delivery through to final reconciliation.
