About The Role

As a Logistics Team Leader, you will be part of a dynamic and collaborative team dedicated to delivering high-quality vehicles to our customers. You will work alongside other vehicle professionals who share your passion for automotive industry and technology.

Our Logistics Team Leader plays a crucial role on our Coalville Site, organising the team daily to prioritise the right tasks, ensuring the team is adequately resourced and that task allocation supports the vehicle flow and volume objectives. You will need to liaise with other Team Leaders and Supervisors on a regular basis to identify and resolve any issues impacting the site flow and achievement of objectives. To ensure that all areas of the compounds are always kept clean and tidy and that compliance with all Environmental, Health and Safety regulations and Standard Operating Procedures are adhered to.


About You

Minimum criteria:

* Able to legally drive a manual vehicle in the UK
* EV basic awareness (Desirable but not required)
* Flexible approach to working hours
* Able to work under pressure
* Team Player
