The Position:
We have a fantastic opportunity within our Head Office team for a Standards & Compliance Controller. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to ensure that our company operates to the highest levels of quality, compliance, and efficiency.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and improving company standards, policies, and procedures, while driving continuous improvement and also supporting in the successful achievement of our accreditations.
The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to build effective documentation that makes company information accessible, clear, and aligned with regulatory and brand requirements.

DALROD are a leading UK Franchisor that manages a rapidly expanding network of Franchisees. DALROD have been operating within the drainage industry for 40 years, providing expert solutions and top-quality customer service to our client base.
We are based in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire and this is a full time position based in the office.
Key Responsibilities
* Share and monitor quality, employment, brand, compliance, and standards requirements, ensuring alignment across the organisation.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to maintain and enhance company performance and compliance.
* Maintain, review, and update all company policies, procedures, and related documentation.
* Create, issue, and roll out work instructions to support operational consistency and clarity.
* Support stakeholders in addressing and closing out gaps or actions arising from monitoring, inspections, or audits.
* Support in the management of Company Accreditations
* Develop and manage company SharePoint sites and related systems to improve communication, accessibility, and usability of company resources and materials.
* Provide guidance and training to staff to ensure understanding and adherence to company standards and compliance obligations.
* Monitor industry developments and regulatory updates to keep company practices current and effective.
Skills & Qualifications
* Proven experience in compliance, quality management, or standards-related roles.
* Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks, policies, and best practices.
* Excellent organisational and documentation skills with high attention to detail.
* Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SharePoint (or similar platforms).
* Strong problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
