The Person:
* Proven experience as a Restaurant & Bars Manager or similar role
* Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
* Deep understanding of food and beverage trends and service excellence.
* Experience with budgeting, POS systems, and inventory management.
* Ability to multitask and can work under pressure
* Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
The Role:
* Oversee Restaurant & Bar operations, including staff scheduling and inventory control.
* Lead, train, and inspire front-of-house team members to deliver outstanding service.
* Handle guest feedback and resolve issues with professionalism and care
* Monitor and manage budgets, labour costs, and food & beverage margins
* Incentivise team members to meet departmental targets and objectives.
* Evaluate guest satisfaction levels with a focus on continuous improvement
* Maintain compliance with health & safety
* Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and guest satisfaction.
