Purpose of the Job
To ensure outstanding customer service across the organisation by delivering expert HR advice and guidance in a timely and effective manner, whilst maintaining the highest levels of confidentiality and integrity. The post holder will act as a trusted adviser to school leaders, offering proactive and solution-focused advice on complex employee relations matters, workforce planning, performance management, and organisational change. By building strong professional relationships, the HR Adviser will contribute to creating positive working environments that support staff well being, effective leadership, and the delivery of high-quality education.
Main Responsibilities/Duties of the Job
1. To act as the first point of contact to provide advice and solutions to managers on employee relations matters. Including, working arrangements, contractual matters, sickness, employee communication and consultation, either via phone or e-mail, in line with current legislation.
