The Role: As the Lead Senior Care Assistant, you'll be instrumental in our mission to deliver exceptional care and lifestyle choices to our residents. Reporting to the Dementia Care Manager, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive the highest quality of relationship-centered care and specialized dementia support.
Your Responsibilities:
1. Inspire and Lead: Motivate and guide our care team to deliver outstanding outcomes for our home and community.
2. Dementia Care Advocacy: Work alongside the Dementia Care Manager to uphold our vision and values, ensuring our residents receive specialized dementia care.
3. Safety and Care: Oversee medication orders and audits, conduct risk assessments, and ensure safe practices within the home.

6. Qualified: Hold an NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care.
7. Experienced: You have a minimum of two years' experience in a care home environment, with a background in shift leadership or management.
