We are seeking a Product Manager working on a hybrid basis who will help shape the company's data services and software products, which are used by some of the leading organisations in the Healthcare and Utilities sectors.
As a Product Manager, you will be in a customer facing role and you will play a pivotal role in delivering innovative data-driven solutions that meet and exceed our clients’ needs.

Key responsibilities include:
* Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing advice on product capabilities and solutions.
* Create product roadmaps, documentation, and release notes.
* Manage the entire product lifecycle, from concept through to delivery
* Liaise with third parties to identify opportunities for product enhancement and new offerings.
* Gather and interpret client requirements into actionable deliverables for development teams.
* Maintain and prioritise product backlogs, approving content for each release cycle.
* Develop and execute clear communication plans for product releases.
* Provide product training and support to both internal teams and customers.
About you:
* You’ll be an experienced Product Manager, ideally in a technology or software development environment.
* Experience with digital transformation projects would be desirable.
* You will a good understanding of the UK energy or healthcare sector.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Azure DevOps for documentation and requirement tracking.
* You will be able to bring technical understanding, commercial acumen, and people skills.
* You’ll be comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels,
* Experience preparing tenders or supporting business retention initiatives
* Strong organisational and prioritisation abilities
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
