Finance Business Partner
FTC 14 months (Maternity Cover) | Start in Summer 2025 | located in Stoke or Hull
Are you a hands-on finance professional with a passion for manufacturing? Do you enjoy improving financial processes and making numbers meaningful to the wider business?
We're looking for a Finance Business Partner (or experienced Management Accountant) to join our dedicated and lovely team in Stoke and play a key role in supporting our financial performance and operational decision-making.
This is a great opportunity to get involved in both day-to-day reporting and deeper cost analysis, including product costings, rebate management, and process improvements using SAP.
What you'll be doing:
* Supporting daily, weekly, and month-end reporting for our Stoke site
* Managing and improving customer rebate processes
* Working with operations on product costings and manufacturing analysis
* Helping to improve our SAP finance processes and reporting tools
* Supporting month-end accounting, variance analysis and stakeholder insight
* Collaborating with teams in Stoke and Hull (travel approx. once or twice a month)
What you'll need:
* Part-qualified or qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) or strong QBE
* Solid background in management accounting, ideally in a manufacturing environment
* Strong SAP or ERP systems experience
* Great communication and problem-solving skills
* A proactive and hands-on approach
