YOUR MISSION
* Execution of the Purchase Plan
* Monthly buy meetings
* Ensure all Po’s meet the launch plan deadlines
* All confirmed shipping info is updated on the PO information
* Liaising with custom teams on component stock availability
* Updating component availability file with the latest delivery dates
* Progress any orders we cannot fulfil
* Stock adjustments actioned weekly
* Analysis of component ratios and trends
* Updating the European Forecasts via the tracking tool
* Daily tracking of order received and delivered
* Monitoring the on-hold orders
* Supporting the European customer service teams
* Liaising with the build centre on custom queries
* Shaft and Grip matrix updated yearly
YOUR TALENT
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Strong understanding of supply chain and purchase order process
* Must be numerate, logical and accurate
* Previous relevant experience in a supply/planning and purchasing environment
* Previous experiencing in the Golf industry
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Advanced Excel – Vlookups, Pivot Tables)
