Dental Receptionist / Patient Care Coordinator / Marketing
Wimbledon Dental Wellness is an independent, private dental practice, in the heart Wimbledon Broadway. We are now expanding and looking for a friendly and caring team player. We are 20 seconds walk from the mainline Wimbledon train station.
Previous experience in the dental, medical, hospitality industry or customer care preferred.

POSITION SUMMARY:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
* Greeting patients in a friendly and warm manner; answering the phone (telephone training provided); checking patient in and out; booking, confirming and amending appointments; updating patient records; collecting payment; processing and sending invoices.
* Maintaining patient confidentiality; making patients aware of the services that we offer; helping with the dental practice marketing and growth in the local community.
* Keeping the common areas organised; ordering surgery supplies as needed; maintaining cleanliness of reception area, waiting room and common areas throughout the day; calling labs for collecting dental work; posting surgery items
* Social media posts and marketing help
REQUIREMENTS:
Commute less than 45 minutes.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written English); organised, punctual and methodical, good teamwork skills; self motivated, friendly, confident in the line of work; able to work alone on reception; calm under pressure, good listening skills and calm demeanour; trustworthy and reliable; previous customer service experience preferred; minimum computer skills including microsoft word and excel; training will be provided on use of the dental software and the day to day running of the dental surgery.
