They are seeking a skilled Project Delivery Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of Factory Built Assemblies, including low-voltage switchgear and distribution solutions. This pivotal role ensures projects are quoted, engineered, and delivered to the highest industry standards and customer expectations.
This role would suit an experienced electro-technical professional with a strong background in project management, leadership, and electrical engineering. Ideal candidates are confident decision-makers with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and coordinate estimating, engineering, and project delivery teams.
2. Ensure all FBA designs meet customer requirements and BS EN 61439 standards.
3. Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks from enquiry to completion.
4. Foster learning and professional development within the team.
5. Provide regular performance updates and drive continuous improvements.
In return you'll receive a salary of circa £56k, 26 days holiday + Bank holidays, Pension contributions of up to 10% by the employer, and plenty of other perks!
