Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to work in primary and SEN schools across the Sapcote area.
This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about education and want to make a real difference in the classroom.

About the Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Support pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
* Assist the class teacher with lesson delivery
* Help create a positive and engaging learning environment
* Support children with additional needs (where required)
* Promote confidence, independence, and progress

The Ideal Candidate:
* Experience working with children (school-based preferred)
* A caring, patient, and reliable approach
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* A genuine passion for supporting learning
* Level 2/3 TA qualification (desirable but not essential)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
