This role will suit a highly organised and proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll provide first-class executive and administrative support, ensuring the smooth running of the team and excellent service to clients.
Location: Edinburgh - hybrid working
Type: Full time & Permanent
Responsibilities
* Managing diaries, emails, meetings and travel arrangements
* Preparing documents, correspondence and presentations to a high standard
* Acting as a first point of contact for client queries
* Supporting billing, expenses and general financial administration
* Providing wider team support during holidays or absences
* Previous experience in a legal or professional services environment
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks
* Confident communication skills and a professional manner
* High attention to detail with proficiency in Microsoft Office
