The role
* To work with the various developments of Berkeley Oxford & Chiltern Region, their teams and Sales
Managers to process plot sales associated paperwork from reservation to exchange
* To support the AML function of the Sales Teams and provide a link between Sales and Finance Departments
for individual plot AML sign off
* To perform due diligence and world sanction checks in support of plot reservations
* To join weekly site legal meetings to gain an understanding of progression and deadlines
* To understand and work to half year and full year target plots, and highlight risk exchanges
* To build a relationship with BHOC representing solicitors and assist where required the Sales Teams in the
legal process of conveyance to exchange, and to assist the Sales & Marketing Director and Finance Director
with risk completions as required
* To update trackers, sales spreadsheets and C360 database
* To understand and work with the various departments within BHOC to achieve ATE sign off
* Assist Finance Director to ensure transfer documents are checked and signed and returned to representing
solicitors in a timely fashion in readiness for completion
* To support the Sales & Marketing Director in sourcing and saving the relevant approved plans and
documents which form a sales 'White Pack', for new developments and for phase launches
* Support the Sales and Marketing Dept by maintaining accurate record of holiday, sickness, books and
maintaining a training log
* To organise and support new starters and temporary staff within the Department
* Organise training events and quarterly sales conferences
* Support the Sales and Marketing Director, and the team in ad hoc administrative tasks, (uniform, badges,
business cards, printing/binding/archiving) as required
* This is an office-based role, and there may be a requirement to undertake first aid and fire marshall training
* Some travel to the developments may be required for team support, such as AML guidance
* Attendance and support to development events, new phase/new site launches as required
Experience required
* Keen to deliver exceptional customer service, within the business and externally
* Assured and demonstrating a keen attention to detail
* New homes sales and conveyancing experience

The standard default full-time working hours in the office are 8am-5pm with core working hours 9am-4pm.
