Job Description:
How we make the difference in Regulatory and Risk
Our Regulatory & Risk Advisory Graduate programme is designed to give you the experience and core consulting skills you need to start your career. You'll build your commercial understanding and business acumen to deliver real value to our clients.
The work is interesting and varied, and it's high profile. In a complex economic climate, clients and Regulators focus more on risk and regulatory issues.
You can expect to work in the following areas:
Modelling and Model Risk Management: Model risk involves potential adverse outcomes from errors in financial models. You will work with clients on model development, validation, and governance, and learn coding languages supporting climate and credit risk modelling.
Financial Risk and Resilience: Support clients in prudential regulation, ESG, and insurance risks, providing assurance, deal support, and optimisation services.
Wholesale: Assist wholesale clients with challenges like conduct risk, risk transformation, internal controls, and non-financial reporting regulation.
Retail: Focus on retail clients, involving conduct, consumer protection, operational resilience, and CASS. Clients vary from global asset managers to insurance and banking sectors.
Growth Opportunities: The three-year programme helps build experience in risk management across finance sectors, supporting the FRM certification.
Team Environment: Work across teams advising on regulatory compliance and integrating sustainability into risk management, making a positive impact.
If you're curious, resilient, and adaptable, you could thrive with us.
