Commercial Business Partner | Leisure | £80-90k package | London
A high performing leisure business is looking for a Commercial Business Partner to join them. The role will involve providing insightful analysis and enabling data driven decision making ensuring delivery of straegic intiatives. You will oversee financial planning and analysis, business cases for commercial areas along with partnering and challenging business unit heads.
Key responsibilities of the Commercial Business Partner:
* Alongside the Commercial Finance Director, providing high quality support, review and challenge for the Group Chief Commercial Officer
* Working with the Financial Planning team, develop robust and insightful reports and analysis for market performance and market share
* Review and challenge in respect of efficacy, risk and delivery of pricing initiatives and, working with the group pricing function, develop the internal reporting suite for pricing performance
* Understand market and customer factors and competitive landscape
* Develop an analytical and reporting suite to understand and enhance digital and digital marketing performance
* Analyse the performance of their sales channels and understand the interaction between them
* Working alongside the other Business Partners to develop and/or challenge business cases and analytical models for all investments and initiatives
Skills required:
* Excellent data and analysis skills which must include SQL and advanced excel
* Data visualisation (such as Power BI or Tableau) an advantage along with programming language such as Python and experience of Amazon RDS
* Demonstrated ability to influence, challenge, and collaborate across all levels of an organization, including diverse and multilingual stakeholders.
