The Role
* Manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions including freehold, leasehold, sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
* Deliver excellent client care through clear and proactive communication.
* Supervise and mentor support staff where appropriate.
* Contribute to business development, networking, and marketing initiatives.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and risk management procedures.
* Support colleagues across the team when required.
About You
* Qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer, or experienced Conveyancer (unqualified considered).
* Confident in managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters.
* Proficient with case management systems and comfortable with digital workflows.
* Strong communication skills with a client-focused approach.
* Driven, ambitious, and keen to develop your career further.
